TROY -- A woman is recovering in the hospital after leaving behind a path of destruction early Thursday morning.
It all started around 1:00 AM on W. Water Street in Troy. That's where police say a driver hit several parked cars. She continued driving and about 20 minutes later, she hit a utility pole and flipped her car on Nashville Road, just north of Kessler-Cowlesville Road.
During the earlier hit and run, the woman's bumper fell off her car. Her license plate was still attached to it, so police were able to link it to the rollover crash.
She only suffered minor injuries, but is likely facing several charges.
