MONTGOMERY COUNTY -- A 19 year old woman accused of killed one person and critically injuring another is indicted in connection with the crash.
Rachael Schidecker is accused of driving the wrong way on I-75 when she ran into another vehicle head-on. The passenger in that car died, while the driver was seriously injured.
Authorities say they found Shidecker's blood alcohol level to be .236, which is more than 10 times the legal limit for someone under 21.
Shidecker is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide among other charges.
