NEW CARLISLE -- Dozens of people were jumping and setting for a good cause Friday night in Clark County.

Tecumseh High School was the scene for the sixth annual Suzanne Hopper Memorial Volleyball Tournament which benefits Special Olympics.

Hopper was a Clark County Deputy killed in the line of duty  two years ago.  She was also the former co-chair of the tournament.

Her friends took it over and say it's a great example of how Suzanne lived.

''She had this way about making people be better people.''

''This is what Suzanne stood for, the fun, she loved Special Olympics, her daughter has been involved in Special Olympics we're just continuing it as friends of hers,'' Jennifer Wade said.

Wade says they hope to raise $1,000 for Special Olympics.
