DAYTON -- A fight on an RTA bus ends with shots fired outside the bus. Police say the bus was in the area of Richmond and Five Oaks when a teen and an older man got into an argument.
The victim says the man started choking him, and showed him that he had a gun. Then when he got off the bus, the older man fired off several shots, then ran off. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Police tried tracking the man, but didn't have any luck. They are now trying to get a good description of the suspect and look at the bus surveillance video.
Dayton Police Sgt. Mark Spiers wants to warn witnesses to not get involved.
"If they see something like this, get on a cell phone, call 911 or let the bus driver know something is about to take place so he can make proper notifications," Spiers said.
