Featured Fugitive Reward Increased to $13,000

SPINGFIELD -- The reward for Jimmy Ray McMillan, 42, a Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive, has increased to $13,000 for information leading to his capture if the tip comes in during December. In 1988, law enforcement officials say he twice sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl whom he was babysitting in Dallas. He is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

McMillan’s last known address was in Nacogdoches, Texas, but he has also been linked to Springfield, Ohio. He has been known to work construction, roofing and carnival jobs.

McMillan is 5-feet-10 -and was last known to weigh about 155 pounds. He has multiple tattoos: “TEX” on right arm; “J V” on left arm; and scars on his abdomen and right forearm. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
