DAYTON -- A Dayton charter school group is suing the State Auditor's Office.  The Superintendent of the Richard Allen Schools says the suit was filed about four months ago.  Dr. Michelle Thomas says for the second time in two years, the auditor's office release a report saying the school is mismanaging funds, claiming more than $800,000 in uncollected money and unlawful contract changes.

The school says the state is reading their contracts wrong.

''There's no misappropriations of funds,'' Dr. Michelle Thomas told us, ''we use the funds we get from the federal government and the state to educate your children.''

The lawsuit right now, is in the hands of a Franklin County Judge.
