FAIRBORN -- A sex offender who had failed to register with the Greene County Sheriff's Office has reportedly turned himself in today at the Fairborn Police Department.
ABC 22/FOX 45 told you about 37-year-old Williams Felton on Friday, when police said he failed to register. Felton was convicted of rape and kidnapping in Montgomery County but his last known address was in Fairborn.
