BROOKVILLE -- Brookville police released surveillance pictures late Wedneday afternoon hoping to catch a bank robbery suspect.
Police say around noon, a lone white male entered the Huntington Bank at 709 S. Arlington Rd, and passed a note to the teller demanding money.
He didn't show a weapon to the teller, but indicated he had one.
The man is described as 5'10, and between 20-30 years old. He was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, a yellow ball cap, dark gloves, and sunglasses.
After the suspect received an undetermined amount of money, he calmly walked out of the bank and behind a business in the rear of the bank.
Police called in a K-9 from the Preble County Sheriff's Office in an attempt to track down the suspect, but had no luck.
Police believe the suspect had a car waiting nearby.
The search prompted a lockdown nearby at the Little Angels daycare, as a precaution.
