WARREN COUNTY -- A credit card thief is on the run. Deputies are looking for James Barton, 23. They say Barton used stolen credit cards from medical facilities in Montgomery, Clinton, Butler, Warren and Hamilton counties. Authorities say Barton used the cards to buy electronics.
