REYNOLDSBURG -- Police in Ohio said a man took off during a traffic stop earlier this month.
Apparently they smelled marijuana in his car after he fled the scene and a search warrant was later obtained.
SWAT then entered his apartment to serve that warrant. Hamilton wasn't there but his family was, including a young girl who was visibly shaken to see them.
Officer Rob Campbell found a way to ease the tension for the little girl.
"Can we play Patty Cake?"
"If I can remember. It's been a long time since I played Patty Cake,"said Campbell. "You've got to teach me how. Okay? Show me what I've got to do."
"Patty cake. Patty cake. Baker's man."
Officer Campbell reassured the child that the team meant no harm to her or her family.
Police did eventually arrest the driver Juan Hamilton.
