DAYTON -- The site of a house explosion last year has been cleaned up on Brooklyn Avenue.
In April 2014, a house exploded from a gas leak at 515 Brooklyn Avenue. The explosion left a path of destruction for several miles.
Since the explosion, there has been a pile of debris at the site because of a fight over who was liable for the cleanup. Neighbors have complained about the mess because of its safety hazard for nearby children.
Last week, crews started cleaning up the rubble.
The area is now cleared.
The city says they did not clean up the mess, it was either the property owner or the insurance company.
