DEER PARK -- We've got new information about an Ohio man now facing serious charges after threatening to kill House Speaker John Boehner.
"I just wanted to call my father and let him know that I'm okay and sorry I had problems, I made mistakes," said the caller to 911 dispatchers.
"Okay, where is your father?" asked the dispatcher.
It all started with a odd 911 call to dispatchers.
"Every where," replied the caller.
Federal agents say Michael Hoyt threatened House Speaker John Boehner.
Hoyt worked at the Wetherington Country Club in West Chester that Boehner and his family belonged to.
According to federal court documents Hoyt said "he often poured drinks for Boehner and could have already put something in his drink, but he did not."
Looking further into the documents Hoyt believed he was Jesus Christ and Boehner was the devil.
He blamed Boehner for his recent firing from the country club and believed Boehner was responsible for the Ebola virus.
Boehner hasn't said much about the incident but did respond when reporters in the Nation's Capitol asked.
"Mister Speaker, what happened with the bartender, sir?" asked the reporter.
"Ha! Can't make this stuff up," said House Speaker John Boehner.
But here in the Miami Valley the reaction was much more serious.
"I was kind of in shock, I didn't realize that Boehner was not that popular," said Julie Williams.
"There's a lot of crazies out there, I'm glad they got him," said William Williams.
In the documents, Hoyt told agents he was hoping the interest in his case "will prompt Congressman Boehner to apologize to Hoyt for being fired and force him to address Ebola."
Hoyt is now in the hospital and was placed under psychiatric evaluation.
"I think it was just a psychotic mode and I'm glad that, I'm glad they're getting him help," said Julie.
In the federal documents it was noted that Hoyt had a previous psychotic breakdown in 2012.
During that episode, he locked his stepmother in his room and started throwing things.
