MIAMI COUNTY -- A man accused of committing a rape more than 20 years ago has been arrested.
Detectives are not saying whether or not the now-adult victim is a man or woman.
After detectives heard about the alleged attack on a child authorities interviewed the suspect and booked Braden Brelsford on three counts of rape.
