MIAMI TOWNSHIP -- The developers of Austin Landing announced Monday plans for a second hotel at the growing development.
A Marriott Residence Inn will complement the existing Hilton Garden Inn. The Residence Inn is designed for extended stays.
"We're really excited to be offering an extended stay hotel of this quality to Dayton area visitors. Our goal is to make sure that no matter how long your trip may be, staying at one of our hotels is always a pleasant experience," Austin Landing Associates partner Doug Steinke said.
The Residence Inn at Austin Landing will have 100 rooms, and room to expand to 125 rooms on 2.2 acres of land. Groundbreaking is planned for June 2015.
