DAYTON -- A former nurse is facing criminal charges for allegedly writing false prescriptions. Jeffrey Boicourt was employed at Dr. David Kirkhill's office on Linden Avenue. When the doctor's office was raided last year as a potential pill mill, detectives launched an investigation into all employees there.
Investigators say Boicourt used the office computer system to write multiple prescriptions for Tramadol, which is a drug similar to codeine. Boicourt is now facing 27 drug charges, all of them felonies.
