TROTWOOD -- A single-car collision at the intersection of Redmond Place
and Miller Avenue around 9 p.m. Monday resulted in four people being
transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to officials at the scene, the car carrying four occupants lost control and flipped over, eventually landing on its side. A female passenger was trapped momentarily after her arm was pinned between the car and the ground.
A neighbor reported seeing flames coming from the vehicle, but they were quickly extinguished. The car knocked down some power lines in the area and some residents were briefly without power. All passengers were transported to area hospitals via ambulance
The accident remains under investigation.
