HARRISON TWP.-- Two juveniles, and one adult are all in custody after a police chase late Tuesday night.
Deputies say the three suspects stole a SUV from Nevada Ave. in Trotwood. The owner of the vehicle apparently left it running with a three year old child inside. She went inside her house for a moment and that's when the three suspects jumped in and took it.
The child was let out of the vehicle a few minutes later and has since been returned to his mother.
A couple of hours later, The SUV was spotted at the Mcdonald's on North Main St. in Harrison Township. Police tried to pull it over, but the driver took off. The chase ended on Malvern Ave and Golfview Ave., where all three were arrested.
Police say they are only charging one juvenile at this time. They say they cannot place the other in the car.
