DAYTON -- A man is accused of opening fire on a woman walking to a Dayton store with children in tow.
Devon Love, 19 now sits in the Montgomery County jail. Police say the 37 year old woman was with her son and nephew on North Main Street, near the Dollar General, when Love, who was sitting nearby in a car shot at her and the children for no apparent reason.
At least three shots were fired, fortunately no one was hit. The victim was alert enough to get Love's license plate, which lead to his arrest.
