DAYTON--
The calendar says Christmas is on December 25th, but Dayton's Puerto Rican community celebrated it today.
St. Mary's Church was filled with the sound of music as families gathered to celebrate "three king's day."
The Puerto Rican American Caribbean Organization put on the annual event to give presents to children in the community.
"We don't do it the 25th, we do it the first Sunday of January which is the actual Three Kings Day for the Hispanic community so what we're gonna do is celebrate the children, bringing them gifts," said PACO President Joselito Gracia.
The celebration is an important tradition in the Hispanic community commemorating the birth of Jesus.
