Montgomery County Prosecutor Sworn In

DAYTON -- For the sixth time, Mat Heck is sworn in as Montgomery County's prosecutor.  Heck took the oath of office today. 

Prosecutor Heck has been convicting criminals in Montgomery County for the past 24 years.
