BROOKVILLE -- Firefighters think an electrical problem is to blame after a house catches fire in Brookville.
It happened late Tuesday night on Brookville-Pyrmont Road. The familiy living on the second floor of the home smelled something funny. Firefighters think the fire smoldered for several hours before actually breaking out.
The Red Cross is helping both families find a place to stay. Firefighters are checking the electric layout of the home to determine what parts can be lived in.
