Northridge Thefts from Cars 12/27/12
This is Sheriff Gene Kelly calling, recently we have had multiple thefts from cars parked in the driveways in Northridge. We have had wallets, tools, and GPS units taken from UNLOCKED cars. We also had a 30/30 rifle with Ammo taken from an unlocked car. This was a Buffalo Bill collector rifle that was taken from an UNLOCKED car. The gun is now on the streets of Northridge. I am asking everyone to LOCK your cars at all times, in the driveway, and in the garage. If you get up in the middle of the night and see people walking the streets and trying car doors please call 9-1-1. If you know where this rifle is, and who took it, please call the Clark County Sheriffâs office at 328.2565. This is Sheriff Gene Kelly asking for your help, to stop these thefts from cars and the catch those who have already stolen from cars. Please remember to lock your cars.
