DAYTON -- A woman was arrested on Christmas Day after a neighbor accused her of entering her house and pulling out some of her hair.
Melissa Clark, 41, of 1119 Epworth Avenue, Dayton, was charged with assault after a woman who lives across the alley from her said she came into her house unannounced about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday and pulled a "chunk of blonde hair" out of her scalp.
The alleged victim, who has partial paralysis on her right side, told police her neighbor became upset because a man the suspect was dating was in the victim's house.
Police spoke with Clark at her home, where she denied the assault and at first said she wasn't even over at the victim's house. Later, she told police she was there but was the one who had been assaulted.
