LEBANON - A court hearing is scheduled Wednesday afternoon in connection with tens of thousands of dollars reported missing from the Clearcreek Youth Soccer Association.
The hearing will be held at 1:45 p.m. before Common Pleas Judge Robert Peeler in Lebanon.
Last summer, the Springboro Police Department received a complaint from officers of the Clearcreek Youth Soccer Association about discrepancies in the organization's bank accounts.
Further investigation revealed there were allegedly 101 unauthorized payments from the organization's accounts from 2009 through 2012.
The total loss to the Clearcreek Youth Soccer Association is $64,800.56, according to the Warren County Prosecutorâs Office.
