CAMDEN -- One man has been arrested after Preble County Sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant Tuesday morning at 793 Oxford Germantown Road for suspicion of meth production.
Deputies arrested Ronald âDeanâ Risner, 48, who lives at the address. He is in jail on preliminary charges of Drug Possession, Weapons While Under Disability, and Illegal Assembly of Chemicals to Manufacture Drugs, all felonies. Deputies say additional charges are expected after the case is presented to the Preble County Prosecutorâs Office.
Three other adults who were in the house during the search were released at the scene but could face charges after the case is reviewed.
Deputies executed a search warrant at the same property in April 2006 investigating the same type of complaint.
Investigators said they spent several hours on the property cleaning up the chemicals found. Preble County deputies were assisted by agents from Ohio BCI&I, as well as the Camden Fire and EMS.
