DAYTON -- A man is shot in the torso on the west side. It happened around 2:00 Thursday morning on Danner Avenue, near Stewart Street.
His attackers were apparently two black males, one of them wore a mask. Police say it was a robbery attempt. The victim's condition is considered life-threatening. Homicide detectives have been called out to investigate.
