CINCINNATI -- A former Bengals cheerleader and school teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with a high school student was back in court Monday.
In a retrial, 28-year-old Sarah Jones is suing the gossip website thedirty.com for defamation.
Jones' first trial ended in a hung jury.
She's seeking $11 million for two anonymous posts on the gossip website. One claimed she had sex with every player on the Bengals football team, the other stated she likely had two sexually transmitted diseases.
Jones pleaded guilty last year to criminal charges. She avoided jail time, but cannot teach or coach again.
Jones is now engaged to her 19-year-old former student.
