CLEVELAND (AP) -- We're learning new details tonight on the Ohio man accused of holding 3 women captive in his home for nearly a decade.
A judge ruled Ariel Castro competent to stand trial.
The Cleveland man has been charged with 329 counts of kidnapping, rape and various other charges.
Castro has a 6-year-old daughter with one of the victims. The judge denied his request to see her.
Castro's next court date is at the end of the month.
