UPDATE: 8-Year-Old Son, Father Located Following AMBER Alert

CLEVELAND -- The 8-year-old boy and his non-custodial father have reportedly been located and the AMBER Alert that was issued has been canceled.

CLEVELAND -- An 8-year-old boy has reportedly been taken by his father, who doesn't have custody of the child.

The boy, Kevin J. Criss, was seen last at 4 a.m. June 30 at 3734 West Boulevard in Cleveland. His father, Kevin Criss, reportedly said he was headed to California and is likely driving a gold-colored 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette SW with Ohio license plate number FOA3605.

The boy is described as white with brown hair and eyes, 4-foot-2 and 65 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue Cleveland Indians T-shirt and dark blue shorts.

His father is a 34-year-old white man with brown hair and eyes, 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds.
