DAYTON -- A Dayton woman is forced to defend herself and her home when two young would-be burglars break in to her home.
The woman tells us the kids busted through the door of the woman's Richmond Avenue home and came inside. So she grabbed her gun and fired a warning shot in the direction of the teens, and ended up hitting one of them. Both boys then took off.
The injured juvenile is being treated at Miami Valley Hospital. No word on his condition.
The woman will not be charged in this incident.
