RIVERSIDE -- The St. Helen's Spring festival has begun.  The festivities are going on as scheduled despite what police say was a terror threat against the festival by a 19 year old.

Denver Vinson made a post on Facebook about ''bombing y'all'' and ''there better be more security'' at the festival.  He was arrested on Wednesday and is now charged with making a terroristic threat.

Friday night, people were showing up as expected at the festival, which is expected to draw more than 200,000 people throughout the weekend.  There are increased patrols, up to 60 officers will be on hand, along with bomb sniffing dogs from Dayton just as a precaution.

The festival runs until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 9pm on Sunday.
