Be on the lookout for a missing adult from Dayton last seen at noon Wednesday.
Clarence Madison, 81, is white male, 6 feet tall and 220 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. Madison was last seen December 12 at noon at his residence on Gondert Avenue in Dayton.
Madison suffers from dementia and other medical conditions that require medication, which he does not have with him.
He was driving a green 1995 Oldsmobile Regency with Ohio license plate 493XIN.
