DAYTON -- Another suspect has been arrested in the two-year Dayton-to-Portsmouth heroin investigation.
Shawn Shank, 37, of Dayton was arrested Tuesday by the FBI and the Safe Streets Task Force.
He was indicted by a federal grand jury for his alleged involvement in the heroin distribution conspiracy.
Shank's first appearance in court was Wednesday in Cincinnati.
