MONONA, WI -- A school district in Wisconsin is taking a new approach to solving the bullying problem: ticketing parents of bullies.
The tickets start at $114 and will only be given to parents who are seen as uncooperative. The city's police chief expects the ordinance to be used sparingly and most people are looking at it as a last resort. If kids are given several violations in the same year, the ticket can increase to $177.
