DAYTON--27-year-old Frederick "Mike Mike" Rodgers was gunned down at his apartment on Dorham Place Tuesday night.
Police said 2 men showed up at his home and Rodgers was shot several times.
"He didn't bother nobody." Rodger's sister-in-law, Victoria Morrow said.
"He had 4 kids. He was a good son, a father, a brother, and we don't know why it came to this point, of someone killing him."
Morrow said Rodgers was born with Cerebral Palsy, and needed a cane to get around. She has no idea who would want to kill him.
"We are looking for answers and don't nobody have them."
Morrow is asking people to come forward with information.
"If ya'll hear anything on the streets, please just report it. Please call the Dayton Police. My niece and nephews will have to grow up with out a father, and that is not right."
Police said the shooter drove off in a dark green SUV, possibly a Yukon or Suburban, with factory wheels and running boards.
Anyone with information about this murder is asked to call the Dayton Police Department at 333-COPS.
