DAYTON -- Obviously Santa Claus is very busy this time of year, but he did find time to leave the North Pole and make a stop at Dayton Children's to see some very special kids.
Jolly ol' St. Nick walked around the hospital's halls pulling a big wagon full of teddy bears. Santa went room to room, spreading Christmas cheer to kids who may have to stay in the hospital for the holiday.
Besides passing out those teddy bears, Santa also made time to snap a few pictures.
