PIQUA -- Students at Piqua High School are upset after a prank at their school, and they say it was a rivalry taken too far.

Students at Piqua High School say they painted a rock for a student in a serious crash last November. It sits just outside the entrance of the school.

On Monday, that rock was found painted over with Troy High School colors.

"They're our main rivalry. Every year it's our biggest rival. We have pep rallies to defeat Troy," said Sophomore student Rayven Leonard.

Cody Young was in a coma for several months after he crashed into a tree last November. The school wanted to pay their respect to him.

"We painted it to let him know were here for him," said Leonard.

Although the boulder was painted with Troy colors, there's no way to prove it was that school.

"It hurt a lot of people who were close to Cody," said Leonard.

We're told Young is out of that coma and is making progress.
