NORTH CAROLINA -- A boy is being called a hero after his quick thinking saved him and his mom after she passed out behind the wheel.
Sandra Johnson said she had a seizure while driving. Her 5-year-old son, Caleb, was buckled up in the back seat.
Caleb says he was asleep and woke up and saw his mom wasn't driving.
He put the car in neutral, pulled the keys from the ignition and ran for help.
