Click It or Ticket: It's a phrase most people have heard before, but law enforcement officials are prepared to ticket anyone operating a vehicle without wearing a seat belt, offering no warnings and accepting no excuses.
This coming Thursday, the Clark County Safe Communities Coalition and local, federal and state law enforcement agencies will kick-off the Click It or Ticket National Campaign, running from May 20 to June 2.
Since the launch of Click It or Ticket, seat belt use has increased and lives have been saved.
The campaign kick-off will be at Roosevelt Middle School beginning at 10 a.m. on May 16.
