DAYTON -- Police say a man driving had a gun pulled on him after he accidentally struck a pedestrian running across the street.
25-year-old Darion Stark was struck while crossing over Rosedale Dr. on Monday night.
The driver told police he was calling 911 when Stark's brother, 28-year-old Tayveon Watson held the driver at gunpoint and demanded his keys.
Watson later told police he was making sure the driver didn't flee the scene.
Tonight, Watson faces charges of carrying a concealed and stolen weapon.
The pedestrian is recovering from a broken leg.
