TROY -- The man who prompted a standoff with a SWAT team early this morning has been arrested and is facing several charges.
Edward Neves, 55, will be charged with felonious assault, having weapons while under disability, weapons while intoxicated and inducing panic.

TROY -- The standoff between a SWAT team and a suspect in an apartment is over. The man reportedly surrendered without further incident.
Police say they suspect that the man, whose identity is not yet being released, has a lot of weapons in his apartment.
Police are searching the house now.

UPDATE: Man Says Shooting Suspect Could Be His Boss
TROY -- A standoff continues this morning after shots were fired into an apartment building.
That incident was reported about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday and police say the suspect fled the area in a truck.
The man whose apartment was shot says the truck appeared to be his boss' vehicle.
"He left all the crew hanging for two weeks while he took vacation, so I covered and got extra work for the fellas and me. And he didn't like it," James told ABC 22/FOX 45.
Police responded to a residence on Riverside Drive in Troy, where the house was surrounded by a SWAT team. Police haven't said, however, if the person in that residence is the suspect in the shooting.
The suspect's brother is reportedly at the scene trying to help diffuse the situation.

They're staged at the corner of Orchard and Riverside drives. This initially came out as shots fired into an apartment.
