KETTERING -- A Kettering man is facing assault and aggravated menacing charges, after police say he ran into a restaurant and threatened people with two butter knives.
Officers say Roman Nolley stormed into KD's BBQ Thursday, and threatened to cut an employee.
Workers were able to push him out of the restaurant and lock the door.
At that point, they say Nolley then ran back to his apartment across the street.
Nolley told police he did it because a neighbor owed him money.
