NEW CARLISLE -- Deputies are looking for whoever broke into a business and then stole a car by driving it out through a garage door.
Clark County Sheriff's deputies say someone called 911 after hearing a loud crash from nearby Motor Sports of Dayton. The caller also reported seeing a white and maroon Buick Park Avenue fleeing from the scene.
Deputies said one or more suspects had entered a fenced area at the rear of the business and entered the building through a window. Once inside, a suspect drove the Buick through the overhead garage door and then through the perimeter fence.
Several items also were reportedly stolen from within the business.
Deputies say there were no license plates on the Buick and it likely sustained heavy front end damage. There is no description of the suspect or suspects but deputies say they have collected substantial evidence from the scene.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Clark County Sheriff's Office at 937-328-2560.
