DAYTON -- After one year suspension, Flyer basketball player Matt Kavanaugh has been reinstated.
Last fall Kavanaugh violated UD's standards for student behavior and code of conduct and was suspended from both the team and school. Specific details are unknown but charges were never filed.
Today the university announced the senior and former co-captain is back at UD.
