DAYTON -- Dayton police arrest a man who they say was panhandling aggressively.
Harry Richardson was taken into custody at the corner of West Third and Gettysburg Avenues. Police say during the incident he walked up to a police cruiser and threatened to kill the officer and the officer's family.
Richardson is now behind bars at the Montgomery County Jail.
