BETHEL TWP. -- A New Carlisle man was arrested Sunday after a mother reported a sexual assault to her daughter.
Clark County Sheriff's deputies say the sexual activity occurred over a two-year period.
Deputies say Robert "Robbie" S. Sands, 36, has admitted to the assault.
Sands was arrested and taken to jail. He faces a charge of gross sexual imposition.
