URBANA -- A 34-year-old Urbana man already out of jail on bond for a drug arrest in February is facing more drug charges after a drug raid at his Church Street apartment.
Urbana Police on Thursday morning arrested James Douglas "JD" Breneman, 34, of 542 E. Church St., Apt. 1, on suspicion of felony drug charges. Specific charges will be determined by an upcoming Champaign County grand jury.
Breneman is scheduled to appear at a new bond hearing at 3 p.m. Monday.
