NEW CARLISLE -- A 15-year-old Tecumseh High School student was charged Wednesday with inducing panic after she said she wished she to blow up the school.
Clark County Sheriff's deputies say the teenage girl had been unruly earlier in the day and had been angry over an order to turn off her cell phone. She reportedly became angry again when she was given an in-school suspension.
According to deputies, when the principal told the girl to go back to class, the girl said she "wished she could blow up the school."
Upon hearing this, school officials called the Sheriff's Office. She was charged with inducing panic and taken to the Clark County Juvenile Detention Facility.
