WATERTOWN, MA -- The Boston Police say the second Boston bombing suspect is in custody. Some in the crowd watching the scene unfold on a street in Watertown, MA could be seen and heard cheering a short time ago.
Moments later and medics loaded into an ambulance and drove back toward the scene, where the suspect was thought to be hiding in a boat.
Now some of the police and firefighters are scene are slowly cleaning up and dispersing.
