UPDATE: Alleged Attack Victim Charged With Filing False Report

MIAMI TWP. -- Police said a Dayton woman is now facing misdemeanor charges after lying about a man attacking her in her car.

Miami Twp. Police said 26-year-old Jessica Riggins is facing charges of filing a false police report and inducing panic after police said she made the whole story up.

Riggins claimed she was attacked inside her car on  Monday. She was working at Walnut Creek Nursing Center on Lamme Road, and went to a nearby gas station during her break.

She claimed a man was waiting for her inside her car and attacked her. Police investigated, looked at surveillance video, and determined Riggins' story wasn't adding up. Police said Riggins isn't returning any calls from Police,  and if she doesn't turn herself in, there will be a warrant executed for her arrest.

We will have more on this story tonight on ABC 22 at 6 and FOX 45 at 6:30 p.m.

MIAMI TWP -- Police are looking for the man they say attacked a woman inside her own car.

It happened around 2 a.m. in the parking lot of the Walnut Creek Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on Lamme Road.

The woman, a nursing aid at the Nursing Center, says she was on her break when she drove to the Speedway on West Alex Bell Road. When she returned to the parking lot of the Nursing Center, a man apparently emerged from the backseat and started attacking her.

She said she fought back and the attacker took off on foot. Police say he didn't demand anything. A K-9 unit was called in, but could not track down the suspect.

The woman only suffered minor cuts and bruises.
